métamorphose d'objet et Cie

Picasso is not dead
invention is not dead
imagination is not dead
laughter is not dead
instead of being satisfied of signing his masterpiece as it is
(ready made of Marcel Duchamps)
a chair is a chair, a shoe is a shoe
Philippe Pluchart says ” okay, but I see a
face on my feet ”
and the shoe answers back ” as ”god as” (means "shoe" in french slang)
said”
everything is a question of
varnished shoes
This being said, I like Pluchart´s shoes
because they make me laugh
and because today art, which is
revolving
can allow itself to eat his feet.

Sarah Bernhardt

Forward, forward, there will always remain something.
Come, blisters and corns, body and deformations, flat feet and sweaty...
Listen to the story!
He recovers an old abandoned shoe, one of those which shared its life with yours, which served you for the better and the worst. Those which resemble you.
He adopts it and consoled it.
It tells him its life. Reflection...Illumination:
-You are Sarah Bernhardt!
Marvelement of the shoe, dream and hope.
The Gepetto of the modern time, operates without anesthetics.
He cuts down with a scapel, he implants prothesis,
sews up directly.
He invokes the imaginary. The imaginary gives life.
-Now you are Sarah, he whispers praior to passing out, exhausted.
-I am Sarah, she replies before going to sleep...at his feet.

"In "les trappeurs parisiens", Imbert discribes a strange character from the last century : the soul's rescuer.
His contemporaries affirmed that he saved around a thousand during his career.
Regularly supplied by his accomplice the ragman, he gathered in the darkness of his shop all kinds of old shoes.
His speciality consisted in recuperating this essential part of the shoes called "soul" and to introduce it in a new shoe.
Thanks to him, once washed and dried, the "soul" could live again."
